Post-doctoral Researchers

I am a post-doctoral researcher at Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to that I was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Tabriz, Tabriz, Iran working on a project of controlling a mobile robot using brain-computer interface systems. My research interests are brain-computer interface, biomedical signal processing, and artificial intelligence.

Graduate Students

I am a Ph.D. student in electrical and electronics engineering at Sabanci University. I am also working as a product development engineer at Ford Otosan Research and Development. I received my B.Sc. degree from Bilkent University and M.Sc degree from Koc University both in electrical and electronics engineering. My research areas are driver behavior analysis and machine learning applications on automotive data.

I am a graduate student in Computer Science and Engineering department at Sabanci University and pursuing a PhD under the supervision of Dr. Müjdat Çetin. I have received my B.S. degree from Ege University, Mathematics department and my M.S degree from Bahcesehir University, Computer Engineering department. My research interests are Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Data Mining, and their applications on some misc. interdisciplinary research fields. I am now working on dendritic spine segmentation from 2-photon microscopy images.

I received my Bs.C degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics (Double Major) from Bosphorous University and my Ms.C degree in Computing from Oxford University. I have more than 20 years of Industry expertise in Data warehouses, Data Mining and MIS reporting, both in expert and Managerial positions. My current research areas are digital signal processing on biomedical data, neurofeedback and multisensory learning on disabled children.

I am a Ph.D student in Electronics Engineering department at Sabanci University. I received my Bs.C degree in Electronics Engineering from Sabanci University and my Ms.C degree in Electronics Engineering from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). My research areas are image processing and computer vision.

I am a Ph.D. student of Electronics Engineering at Sabanci University doing research on brain-computer interfaces under the supervision of Dr. Mujdat Cetin. I did my B.Sc. in Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran and my master project in Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis on multi-scale and higher order statistical analyses of intrafascicular nerve recordings (ENG). Later I worked as an instructor in the Mechatronics Engineering Department of KTO Karatay University, Konya, for three semesters. I have also collaborated with the Department of Neurology at Selcuk Medical School on Alzheimer disease, biosignals processing, and independent component analysis of EEG recordings from epileptic patients.
